Go Kart racing is one of the sports that is enjoyed equally both by younger and elder generations. The key to go kart racing’s success are the go kart engines, a small yet powerful engine. 2 Stroke Go Kart Engines

The third and the fastest type of a go kart engine is the 2 stroke engine and these are usually produced by dedicated producing companies or manufacturers. Yamaha, Vortex, Rotax, Titan, Comer are the producers of these 2 stroke engines meant for go karting karts. A 2 stroke engine with a fixed gear (gear shifting not involved is a fixed gear) can touch a maximum speed of around 100 miles per hour. Most of these go kart engines used to get cooled with air previously, these days water is being used to cool them.

The heart of the kart is the engine and once you are aware of the performance of your go kart engine, it gives you an edge while racing.
